Job Description & Responsibilities
As a data analyst senior or lead on the Claims Staffing team, you’ll become a point of contact for any Claims process initiatives that may impact Claims staffing. You’ll provide consultation to our partners in Claims Control and Claims Process on the efficiency impact of proposed process initiatives. Utilizing staffing models, metrics, and tools, you’ll work with Claims leaders to understand proposed projects, quantify the efficiency impact of those projects, and provide recommendations on tracking and implementation. Additionally, you’ll work with all levels of leadership, solving complex business issues, delivering analyses, and influencing decisions.

Requirements
Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.
- In lieu of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Prior Claims experience
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend solutions, while being able to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with a strong focus on customer service. Negotiation skills and ability to influence others by educating and sharing information.
- High proficiency in programming skills, i.e., SQL, SAS, R.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
What we offer
Compensation
- $68,100 - $109,900/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
