Job Description & Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our Advanced Analytics team, focusing on sustainability data pipelines. Tapping into your analytical prowess, you will play a critical role in evolving HelloFresh's sustainability strategy through data. The ideal candidate has a passion for data management and storytelling, and thrives in an environment that is both fast-paced and collaborative. The Analyst will report into the Associate Director of Advanced Analytics, and will dotted-line report into the Senior Manager on our Sustainability team.
Job Description
You will ...
- Support ongoing data pipeline development for Environmental, Social, and Governance KPIs like carbon footprint, packaging composition, and worker Health & Safety, pulling from various sources like utility websites, accounting data (invoices, etc.), data warehouse tables, Tableau, etc.
- Drive data tool updates using gSheets, Tableau, SQL, and other advanced analytics tools
- Perform data analysis on KPI trends and effectiveness of spend on support services
- Prepare quarterly data submission for internal US and Global reporting
- Support process improvement tracking for Sustainability KPIs, such as food waste diversion from landfill and carbon emissions reductions

At a minimum, you have...
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Other
- 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment; exposure to eCommerce and manufacturing preferred
- Proven experience in data analysis, including hands-on experience with SQL, ETL and python. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
- Masters in Data Analytics related program preferred
- Fundamental understanding of data workflow building in Alteryx, KNIME, and Domo is a plus
- Experience working across various teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, written, visual & verbal

New York Pay Range
$82,500—$110,000 USD
Colorado Pay Range
$75,000—$100,000 USD
