The RD Data Analyst is an Integral member of the Development team, influencing real estate expansion and supporting real estate field staff with sales and impact forecasting tools and analysis. This position also supports the Facilities team to interpret and analyze Service Channel work order data. The RD Data Analyst supports the annual Long Range Planning sessions and liaises with Real Estate and Operations teams. This position works with a team of Real Estate Coordinators, coaching and supporting associates to elevate their performance to meet the company’s growth strategies

You’ll get a chance to:

• Provide meaningful insights by interpreting data sets from various teams within Restaurant Development, including Real Estate, Facilities, and Construction.
• Support annual Long Range Planning sessions and overall Development plan preparation, a cross-functional effort that ensures organization alignment on growth goals between Development, Marketing, and Operations.
• Formulate analytical approach and manages the US market and potential new site prioritization.
• Work closely in several platforms, including Trailblazer, Tango, and Service Channel, and searches for opportunities to be more efficient in current processes and leverage untapped data
• Work closely with a team of Real Estate Analysts, coaching and developing associates to elevate their performance to meet the company’s growth strategies. Provides analytical trainings to all existing analysts and uplifts their technical skillset.
• Manage mobile data customer surveys, including processing new data sets, maintaining data sets on mapping platforms, and providing impact projections and reports to Real Estate Managers and Development Leadership.
• Create ad hoc analyses to improve real estate site selection and to broaden the business understanding of potential growth vehicles, including new restaurant concepts or alternative real estate types.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience.
• Minimum five years of related experience (data analytics, GIS, business research, retail planning, facilities data), preferably in a multi-state, multi-entity retail/hospitality environment
• Successful completion of annual store training
