We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst to help drive our Delivery and Restaurant Operations to the next level. In this role, you will own analyses and experimental design from beginning to end, including opportunity identification, problem scoping, analysis framing / execution, and synthesizing results to project stakeholders and internal leadership.

As a core member of both the Analytics and Operations Organizations, you will play a critical role in driving data-lead and data-backed decision making throughout our organization. The Analytics team brings the power of our extensive data assets and capabilities to bear on Pizza Hut’s most important decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, Improve, and Streamline new & existing data processes that support the understanding of the health and performance of various aspects of our digital platforms using SQL Power BI/Tableau, and other Analytical Tools
• Support the quality assurance of Digital Analytics Implementation
• Perform Ad-Hoc Analysis and Report on Digital Analytics
• Build presentations explaining conclusions from analytics and present results to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new analytics tools and techniques

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics)

Required

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 3+ years of experience in analytics
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of effectively communicating technical subjects clearly and concisely
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose complex problems into addressable components or digestible analyses while maintaining a keen eye on the relevant business objective(s)
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL, with the ability to easily query complex data and construct data models as needed
• Introductory level understanding of Python and it’s application to both scripting and analytics
• Experience using data management and manipulation tools and a desire to learn more
• Introductory knowledge of at least one commonly applied BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, etc)
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

• On the job experience with Python
• Experience building and maintaining dashboard-based reporting through common BI tools (Tableau or Power BI; Tableau preferred)
• Desire to learn new analytics toolkits and techniques as shown through self-study or coursework
