Job Description & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Sr. Material Master Data Analyst for Service Supply Chain. The Material Master Analyst will support (After-Sales) Service for the organization by managing the Master Data Management for its business requirements. This role requires the understanding of data standardization and how it affects operations throughout supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact related to the master data management of the Service organization.
- Support development and maintenance of system applications to ensure functionality.
- Collaborate with Systems and PLM team to implement design changes and resolve concerns.
- Create and educate stakeholders on material master data processes and business rules.
- Develop and design metrics tools to continuously improve processes and business practices for data integrity.
- Responsible for synchronization and integrity of master data across all related business areas for all regions US, CA, Eu and KSA.
- Support business system and process integration across the organization including, but not limited to, engineering change management, production, finance, and other related business processes.
- Perform master data audits and validation to ensure conformance to business rules, standards, and metrics that meet business requirements.
- Assist with setting up business rules, standards, workflow, new procedures, and metrics for requesting or changing materials and other related business processes.
- Identify, collect and resolve data related errors and issues throughout organization.
- Actively participate and lead process improvement and data cleansing projects.
- Create training material and provide training as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineer, or equivalent of education 2+ years of related experience in data management and/or enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP Experience in New Product Introduction, Product Lifecycle Management and Supply Chain operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes.
- Experience on SAP Master Data Class, Characteristics, Material Master, Bill of Material, Dependencies
- Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate effectively with individuals, groups, and suppliers.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
What we offer
Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
California (Bay Area) - $105,000 - $135,000 per year

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
