Role Overview:
As our next Marketing Data Analyst, you'll be instrumental in helping our marketing team make data-driven decisions. You'll measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that directly shape our marketing strategy.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with the marketing team behind industry leaders like Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins, gaining hands-on experience in a business where paid acquisition is critical.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with marketing analytics tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Reporting & Marketing Trackers: Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers that measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value â giving the marketing team a comprehensive view of campaign success.
- A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to identify the most effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing quality standards. Work closely with Engineering and Web Development teams to implement and validate our marketing event tracking systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of verifiable experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on marketing analytics
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis (experience with BigQuery is a huge plus)
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with marketing analytics tools like Hyros, Triple Whale, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and/or other event-based behavioral analytics tools such as Snowplow
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, direct response marketing, and paid advertising on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google Search
- Familiarity with attribution methods, including first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch models.
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading the design and analysis of A/B and multivariate testing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
