Job Description & Responsibilities
Jenni Kayne is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst with strong data curiosity, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys the challenge of solving highly complex business problems and, above all, is passionate about driving outcomes with data and analytics.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the Senior Data Analyst- Growth, your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Partner with the Marketing & Growth Team to evaluate the impact and ROI on key initiatives, A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to drive incremental customer LTV.
- Build data sets for exploration, as needed by stitching disparate data sources for deep data exploration that uncovers the 'Why' in addition to the 'What.'
- Leverage Python/R and other tools to run complex data analysis, statistical confidence for A/B Tests, and predictive and classification models.
- Build automated and scalable solutions for self-service analytics.
- Drive the growth analytics (customer and product analytics) agenda by stitching the full Omni customer journey across different JK brands (Home, Apparel and Oak Essentials) and Retail stores.
- Partner with growth and ecommerce team on pricing and promotion insights and recommendation.
- Provide actionable insights on product recommendation for different cohorts/customer segments based on purchase lifecycle.
- Partner with cross functional team on customer life cycle campaigns (onboarding, repeat purchase, retention) on different channels, email and mobile measurement and performance and evaluate A/B Tests.
- Identify macro and micro business trends, correlations to proactively identify causal impact on key metrics
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics in a fast-paced environment
- Strong SQL skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in Phython / R
- Advance analytics techniques (regression, classification etc.)
- Prior experience in eCommerce, DTC brands
- Masters in business Analytics
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to move and lift heavy objects (15 pounds or more) from time to time as required

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $165,000. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
