As a Senior Data Analyst in finance, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our company. Reporting to the Heads of Finance, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with C-level leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and analysis initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic decision-making process and be an integral part of the company's growth reshaping how people view healthcare today.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data queries.
• Design, develop, and execute complex data analyses using SQL queries in Google BigQuery.
• Utilize DBT to build and maintain data pipelines for efficient data transformation and loading.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using Looker to communicate insights effectively to a variety of audiences.
• Identify and implement data quality best practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance & Analytics on developing and implementing data-driven strategies for the organization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and technologies.
• May participate in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
• Perform a variety of FP&A tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling (expense and revenue).

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field OR 5+ years of direct work experience as a Data Analyst in Finance. Master's degree a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• One year of experience with SQL query writing and data analysis in Google BigQuery.

Nice to Have

• Proficient in Google Suite
• Proficient in data visualization tools: Looker or Tableau ideal.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor data insights for various audiences.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience with financial data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
