Position Overview
As a Senior Field Data Analyst, you'll equip the field with vital data and insights. You'll work cross-functionally with executive leadership and front-line reps, balancing regular activities like quarterly board reports, monthly business reporting, and weekly data spotlights with unexpected analysis needs. This high-visibility, high-impact role uses data storytelling to recommend and drive meaningful change in the business You will use gen AI to assist you in doing more, recommending more, and impacting more opportunities for enhancements and improvements.
Your Mission:
- Empower decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with go-to-market leaders to diagnose and creatively solve performance challenges.
- Unlock our data assets' potential to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.
- Leverage Gen AI across all tasks to enhance power and efficiency.
- Promote a continuous learning culture, keeping our team curious, open-minded, and always improving.
- Lead the data story for our direct and indirect funnel models as part of our 2025 planning process.
- Work backward to follow the data when troubleshooting the origins of data discrepancies.
Performance Objectives:
- First 30 days: Complete OpenSesame sales & partner onboarding, learn our market approach, review and understand our direct and indirect sales models, and all our standard and automated reporting.
- First 30 days: Learn the basics of your peer roles in Field Ops and Deal Desk. Support with coverage during times of PTO.
- First 45 days: Finish your first round of board reporting, having learn the process, data sources, and identify potential areas for improvement areas.
- At 60 days: Complete a full audit and analysis of GTM performance reports and suggest improvements.
- By 60 days: Create a comprehensive data dictionary and hub for all GTM and field reporting.
- By 90 days: Lead the field org in the kickoff of our 2025 forecasting and planning process.
Requirements

The pay range for this position depends on experience and generally ranges between $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
