We are seeking an analytical and strategic Senior Data Analyst passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions. As a senior member of the Data Science team, you will lead data exploration and visualization efforts, providing strategic direction to Dispatch’s business intelligence. If you have advanced analytical skills, experience in data quality, and a desire to support junior team members, this remote position offers a unique opportunity to influence Dispatch’s data strategy and growth.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)
- Strategic Leadership in Business Intelligence: Establish data stewardship practices, maintain data quality, and ensure senior-level accountability across data sources.
- Advanced Data Analytics and Insights: Lead in data exploration, providing actionable recommendations and visual insights through tools like Looker.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Guide junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration within the team.
- Data Quality and Governance: Implement robust data quality standards and lead data governance initiatives.
- Project Management and Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage high-level projects and engage with senior leadership to define objectives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements
What You Bring To The Team & Dispatch
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, with a proven record in high-level data projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SQL, R, or Python, with advanced experience in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in guiding junior analysts and fostering team development.
- Data Governance: Expertise in data quality assurance, governance, and resolving data discrepancies.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professionalism: Exemplifies Dispatch’s core values with professionalism and accountability.
Preferred: Familiarity with Git for version control and prior experience in logistics or last-mile delivery.

- Compensation: Salary range of $90K - $125K, depending on experience and qualifications. We consider various factors in determining actual base pay, which include your skills, qualifications, experience, education or training, and location
