Job Description & Responsibilities
As a senior Data Analyst on our Statistical Reporting team, you’ll play a key role in our current modernization project. Utilizing analytical skills, programming knowledge and creativity, you’ll help design, program, and implement a new reporting system aligned to Progressive’s future IT strategies. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and researching along with solving business problems and creating long term solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple business areas, build strong IT connections, and develop project leadership skills. Additionally, you’ll use your knowledge of statistical and technical methods to answer complex business questions and provide solutions on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements
Must-have Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
Preferred Skills
- Strong technical skills (Python, SQL, DBT Cloud, Alteryx, Snowflake, and Tableau)
- Knowledge of large data concepts, practices and terminology

Compensation
- $68,100-$90,800/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
