Senior Data Analyst job description

As a senior data analyst on the Human Resources Control Analysis team, you’ll oversee compensation reporting, regulatory filings, validating human resources systems, and working with our legal team to ensure the business is in compliance with regulations. In this role, you’ll develop solutions for Corporate Human Resources to solve problems when an IT solution is not readily available. You’ll also contribute to our Human Resources Digital Transformation project by developing reporting capabilities and processes for corporate HR. This is a multi-year project aimed at replacing the business’s core HR systems.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with ETL Tools (Alteryx, SSIS)
  • Experience Database development
  • Experience with SAS, R, SQL
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps
  • Experience presenting data in Tableau/PowerBI
