Job Description & Responsibilities
As a senior data analyst on Workforce Management (WFM) Analytics, Systems, and Solutions team, you’ll lead our effort to understand the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Organization’s need for our “Verint” (i.e., people, schedules, and WFM operations related) data. You’ll ensure we have established the data and system solutions to meet those needs across our CRM organization. You’ll retrieve data from various sources and prepare singular data solutions. You’ll also develop and modify complex programs and queries in SAS, Snowflake, and SQL against multiple data sources. In addition, you’ll gather requirements and develop specifications for business analysis needs, verify the accuracy of data pulled, and revise methods of data retrieval.

Requirements
Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of six years of analytical work experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Snowflake/SQL database administration and/or knowledge/experience with relational database management; EG: design, create and maintain
- Familiarity with GIT for version control and process standardization.
- Experience with establishing strong relationships with management, peers, and other departments to discuss data needs.

Compensation
- $68,100-90,800/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
