Job Description & Responsibilities
As Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of a small but high performing Analytics team within Corporate FP&A. We partner with business and functional leaders across the Org to solve business critical problems leveraging Go-to-market, Product and Financial data. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that has a bird's eye view of a global tech company.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Work on assignments involving deep dive into GTM, customer, product and financial data to solve business critical problems or drive executive decisions.
- Leverage understanding of business context to choose the right data set and analytical tools to solve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze and identify patterns, root causes or opportunities and convert them into concrete implementable recommendations.
- Summarize insights and present findings to an executive level audience.
- Leverage data infrastructure to build / automate / scale reporting of key business metrics
- Build Data models that can be leveraged to answering recurring business questions
Requirements
What You Bring To The Role
- Master's Degree or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related analytical field
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytics team focused on GTM, Sales or Customer data
- Hands-on and advanced knowledge of databases and scripting languages like SQL
- Hands-on experience with data wrangling using programming languages like Python, R, etc
- Advanced knowledge of data science concepts like predictive modelling and Machine Language (ML) algorithms and ability to judiciously apply appropriate ML models independently with minimal guidance
- Ability to independently use the right combination of analytical tools to solve a business problem and share insights in a concise manner
- Basic knowledge of powerBI or any other visualization tools
- Outstanding analytical, communication and presentation skills

Campbell, CA only. The target earnings for this role are $114,000 - $136,000 at Campbell. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s area of study and level of education completed as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
