Job Description & Responsibilities
The Senior Clinical Analyst will be responsible for using clinical data to provide insights to drive clinical actions. This member will use available clinical data to provide background reports on specific populations, synthesize data to proactively identify improvement and quality opportunities.
Major Components Include
- Collaborate with clinical teams to explore clinical data to provide evidence/data backed insights
- Understand clinical data landscape: EHR, medical claims, pharmacy claims, HIE/ADT, etc
- Able to combine different clinical data domains to perform population and individual level analysis
- Take initiatives in performing deep dives based on initial analysis
- Devise analytical strategy to understand effectiveness of clinical interventions
- Provide clinical quality reporting that can be used internally to inform clinical teams and externally to payers.
- Provide background analysis that may lead to data signals / risk predictions
- Involvement in clinical data standardization to improve clinical data infrastructure to help establish single source of truth for clinical data
- Provide analysis to understand current state, support current clinical operations to understand clinical and financial impact of our interventions
- Strategize with clinical leaders to identify clinical outcomes of interest to report on
- Identify potential opportunities by looking at various trends in the data: emerging clinical conditions, changes in healthcare utilization and cost
Requirements
Requirements For The Role
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in clinical data analytics
- Strong understanding of clinical data domains
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Skill in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Skill in interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Skill in project management

This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$104,130 to $130,000
