Job Description & Responsibilities
As Part of IPRO's Data and Analytics team, the Senior Data Analyst will perform complex analyses using advanced technical knowledge as well as interpret and provide written summaries of analysis output. The Senior Data Analyst will also be responsible for the identification and response to efficiency-promoting opportunities within the department.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a deep understanding of relational databases and their use characteristics.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and oppourtunities through the design and development of efficient, high-quality and customer-centric analytic solutions.
- Ability to distill completx tecnical content and issues into audience-specific and layperson-frriendly terms.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Possess stellar communications skills, both written and oral; abile to produce effective written summaries outlinining the results of complex analyses.
- Demonstrated mastery in the following toolsets: MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Proficiency with Matillion Tableau, MS Access, strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with statistics and statistical models, strongly preferred.
- Experience with building predictive models, strongly preferred.
- Serve as a technical assistance resource to junior level peers.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of related experience OR
- Master's degree and one (1) year of related experience
What we offer
The salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $88,000.00. Actual salary depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location and budget.
