Job Description & Responsibilities
As a data analyst senior on the Attribution and Innovation team, you’ll work with a team of data scientists and analysts to build modeling and analytics capabilities to provide insights into the creative performance of the business’s brand. In this role, you’ll support modeling approaches and optimizations for creative, segmentation, critical metric optimization, and marketing attribution. You’ll develop recommendations and build relationships with stakeholders and business partners, as well as vendors to complete analyses, provide data inputs, and interpret performance.

Requirements
Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in media, analytics, or marketing with knowledge of marketing measurement approach strengths/limitations
- Experience with creative testing and modeling, including Attribution and Marketing Mix Modeling
- Understands marketing metrics throughout the purchase funnel (awareness, consideration, impressions, click- through rate, return on ad sales)
- Highly analytical with experience in marketing data analysis
- Strong storyteller with experience working with complex datasets and creating executive-level summaries including data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Microsoft BI, or similar)

Compensation
- $77,100 - $102,800/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
