Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be a pivotal member of the IT Data Operations team, working alongside Data Architects, Engineers, and BI Analysts to ensure our data development efforts meet user needs. This role involves advanced SQL expertise, a deep understanding of relational databases, and a collaborative approach to driving enterprise data solutions. You’ll also mentor and coach less experienced team members, contributing to a high-performing team culture.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to analyze and solve complex business problems.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the enterprise data warehouse and data marts.
- Partner with users to determine their data needs and provide actionable insights from source systems or the warehouse.
- Document technical procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Support Agile methodologies, with a preference for SAFe experience.
Requirements
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
- Advanced knowledge of database architecture and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Familiarity with Cloud Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS) and data catalog platforms like Alation is a plus.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, requirement gathering, and translating needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quality results.

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target salary range for this position is $92,000 to $148,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
