Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Senior BI Data Analyst, you will help create analytical insights and deliver strategies to achieve key business objectives and drivers. You will be a key partner promoting collaboration with cross-functional teams to design innovative reporting capabilities that provide key insights, quality metrics, and business KPI’s. Handling various work assignments, while consistently deliver high quality work, and will apply experience in analytics, data visualization, simulations, and predictive modeling to find solutions for a variety of business and technical problems. The role acts as a key business partner for the Ensuring Supply leadership team by leveraging data to manage performance, identify losses, develop and deliver meaningful insights/trends, and provide visibility to the end-to-end value chain.
- Experience in building complex models to assess operational opportunities and drive implementation cross functionally. Ability to leverage diverse technology platforms to refine and automate data sources, harmonize data points, and predict the impact to performance
- Experience with Power BI (or comparable platform) including visualization, parameters, report optimization, creating measures, modeling, reports/dashboards, and dataflows.
- Understand of the manufacturing processes, data, and metrics to transform data into actionable intelligence to support business objectives
- Ability to clearly communicate insights in context while translating data into visualizations that aid decision-making. Demonstrate business acumen and align with business priorities. Must recognize their audience and shift messaging for optimal reception from others in the organization.
- Ability to use data trends, hunt losses, and recommend solutions that tie together a business problem and technology solution that may not have a clearly defined relationship or organizationally paved path to ultimately create revenue and reduce loss.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing projects, enhancements and solving problems relating to ongoing initiatives. Collaboration with factory personnel and other internal and external business partners.
Requirements
Requirements
- Associates degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field and 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in Power BI
- 2+ years of Power Query transformation and model optimization within Power BI
Other
- Experience in the Power Platform is preferred (Power Automate, Power Apps)

What we offer
The approximate pay range for this position is $89,000 to $95,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
