Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Intelligence team within our Data & Analytics organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and usage of our existing data products as well as providing the business with actionable customer insights. This role involves facilitating improvements and additions to our digital data through new tagging requirements, performing in-depth analysis, and providing actionable recommendations to technical teams on data integrity issues. The Senior Data Analyst will support investigations, provide feedback on appropriate fixes, QA those fixes, and deliver valuable insights to business teams across the organization. This role will also provide support to the team’s Measurement Lead in performing onsite A/B test measurement analysis. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to improve the quality of existing data infrastructure within Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
- Work to develop and optimize dashboards and reports to provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Facilitate improvements and additions to digital data through new tagging requirements.
- Monitor and maintain data tagging processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform comprehensive analysis in Adobe Analytics and other web analytics tools to extract meaningful insights.
- Generate and pull ad hoc reports to address immediate business questions and needs, such as analyzing traffic spikes and daily operational metrics.
- Produce detailed analyses on key business drivers, including funnel metrics, to support strategic decision making.
- Provide actionable recommendations to business teams and Senior Leadership based on data-driven insights.
- Support data integrity investigations and provide feedback on appropriate fixes.
- Conduct QA on data fixes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Implement data validation processes and continuous monitoring to maintain high data quality standards.
- Support Measurement Lead in onsite A/B test measurement.
- Support Measurement Lead in performing business impact analyses to estimate incremental revenue generated for the company based off of scaling out winning A/B Test experiences.
- Support Measurement Lead in providing tracking requirements to test and development leads which capture all data points that need to be available in order to fully measure a proposed A/B Test.
- Perform Ad-Hoc Analytics (where necessary) into granular details of test performance to understand potential future iterations.
- Transform and distill high complexity/high impact business inquiries into innovative analytic solutions, aligning both data teams and business clients on approach.
- Deliver key findings to business teams through actionable customer insight presentations and direct engagement that result in improved decision making.
- Utilizing SQL, Power BI, Adobe Analytics and other analytical toolsets, support all organizational partners by developing an expert-level understanding of our full suite of customer and web/eCommerce analytics.
- Measure, report, and strategize customer metrics to support eCommerce, Retail, and Marketing campaign growth opportunities.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Analytics or equivalent required
- 2 years minimum experience writing advanced SQL queries required
- 2 years minimum experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics required
- Experience with data tagging, data integrity and quality assurance processes are required
- 1 year of hands-on experience performing analyses using clickstream data is preferred
- 1 year of hands-on experience in at least one analytics-oriented programming language such as Python, Scala or R is preferred
- Basic knowledge of statistics/statistical methods
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- You are a self-motivated team player with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Experience with Customer Segmentation a plus.
- Experience with Digital Marketing concepts (SEM, SEO, etc.) a plus.

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $70000 - $100000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
