We are currently seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Write high quality SQL code and optimize existing complex queries.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable reports and dashboards.
• Perform system administrator-level tasks for various applications including technical administration and incident reports.
• Act as a subject matter expert on operational, customer, and financial data.
• Root cause production data issues and design and implement solutions; perform data mining, parsing, and cleansing; validate and reconcile raw data; troubleshoot script and procedure issues and design and implement solutions.
• Identify and implement IT process improvements making the organization mire effective and efficient, including automating manual processes using Scripts and create user applications to help improve workflow efficiency.
• Lead data projects, conceptualizing and implementing data models; support recurring reconciliation processes between multiple system sources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as a Senior Business Data Analyst, Credit Risk Data Analyst, or similar duties under a different job title.
• 2 years of experience performing ad hoc data analysis and data studies utilizing SQL and Advanced Excel.
• 2 years of experience developing metrics and scorecards by extracting data.
• 2 years of experience performing risk analysis, data mining, data visualization, and business intelligence.
• 2 years of experience developing and maintaining process controls for Risk Management to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
• 2 years of experience utilizing SQL stored procedures, Excel data links, and Tableau to build out and automate various reports.
• 2 years of experience developing ETL processes.
• 2 years of experience with Python.
