Job Description & Responsibilities
As a data analyst senior on the Enterprise-level Delivery Measures and Enterprise Development Capabilities and Services team (EDCS), you'll advance our analytical insights and apply quantitative analysis techniques and visualization skills to breathe life into our data. This includes working with internal customers to understand their requirements, collaborating with peers, presenting unique findings to leadership, and implementing solutions. In this role, you’ll influence leadership decisions, leverage strong prioritization skills, and balance multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you’ll have significant exposure to leadership within EDCS and other organizations in the business as you evaluate enterprise level usage of our technologies, assessing time to value impact.

Requirements
Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Strong programming skills in SQL
- Proven ability to define a business problem, evaluate potential solutions, collect, and analyze data, and draw conclusions or make recommendations
- Ability to develop predictive data and high proficiency in using data analysis reporting tools such as Splunk or Tableau to visualize reports and dashboards
- Strong collaboration, relationship building skills with ability to coach others, learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
- Experience working in Snowflake, Kafka, Splunk and Power BI
What we offer
Compensation
- $77,100 - $102,800/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
