Job Description & Responsibilities
Target Enterprise, Inc. seeks a full-time Sr Data Analyst.
Requirements
This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of related experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience.
Must also have 24 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following:
(1) performing statistical modeling and descriptive analysis to interpret data and derive actionable insights to support business questions;
(2) analyzing gaps and trends in the data, collaborate with sales and media data teams to develop data pipelines to feed statistical models;
(3) developing business intelligence dashboard to measure performance metrics, business drivers, and present it to business partners;
(4) developing quarterly budget strategies to maximize return on investment for long term profitability by interpreting model results; and
(5) utilizing the following tools and technologies: SQL, SAS, Python, Marketing Analytics Tools, and Excel.
Will accept experience gained before, during or after Master’s program. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
HQ at 1000 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403.

Pay range: $123,386 to $150,800/year.
