Job Description & Responsibilities
As a data analyst on the Treasury Analysis team, you’ll apply programming and quantitative techniques to breathe life into our data. In this role, you’ll identify trends, tell the story behind the data, and predict future behaviors. You'll focus on utilizing our new data platforms (Snowflake, Workday, and Coupa) to provide actionable insight to our business partners. Additionally, you'll analyze data to create metrics to help drive decisions for all treasury operation groups.

Requirements
Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.
- {OR} Successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program and a minimum one year analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of large data concepts, practices and terminology
- Proven aptitude for learning and using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Basic to intermediate SQL/Snowflake or R programming skills including the ability to create basic programs
- Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts and graphing
What we offer
Compensation
- $63,800 - $85,000/ year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 24% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
