đ§đ»âđ» About the role
First things first: you want to know what youâre actually applying for. Itâs impossible to capture every nuance of a role â especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews â but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:
â Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Develop and implement analytical frameworks & methodologies to measure KPIs and understand channel and campaign performance across different regions/segments.
- Proactively identify actionable insights and manage projects with a quantifiable impact on core business metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to regional, digital, demand generation and product marketing teams in their use of data and analytics tools.
- Experience in presenting findings & insights to senior management and regional marketing teams, translating complex data into actionable strategies
- Prepare ad-hoc in-depth data analysis using python and/or Excel
- Manage a data analyst, setting a clear vision, roadmap and strategy in line with business objectives
- Collaborate on company data infrastructure and reporting within our wider data org to ensure a cohesive approach to market/business intelligence

Requirements
đ€ïž Youâll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a BI analyst/ data analyst and business acumen
- Strong technical knowledge, high level of proficiency in SQL
- Strong experience with building Looker, PowerBI (or similar environment) reports
- Basic understanding of cloud data solutions preferably Azure platform
- Programming skills (C#/.NET, Python, node.js) are an advantage
- Experience with data analysis in Python/R/Scala is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present outcomes
- Being able to handle an environment which is constantly evolving and changing
