Job Description & Responsibilities
As a data analyst lead on the Commercial Lines Business Development team, you’ll analyze business development and merger and acquisition opportunities. You’ll complete return on investment analysis, scenario planning, pro forma development, and quantify alignments and/or benefit streams. In this role, you’ll conduct market research and provide recommendations to senior business leaders, as well as establish key performance indicators and create reports to monitor actual performance against targets. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with Commercial Lines partners to assess gaps and prioritize remediation and provide business units with data to make informed decisions.
Cleveland based preferred. This is open to remote work.
Requirements
Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
Preferred Skills
- Product analyst experience
- Merger and acquisition experience
- Process management experience
What we offer
Compensation
- $93,200 - $124,300/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
