Job Summary
The Technical Data Analyst, Integration is responsible for analyzing business requirements for data integration with external partners and internal processes and converting to technical requirements to support the development of ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key databases include EZ-suite databases, and CMS-related databases. EZ-suite databases covers benefits, eligibility, claims, fee schedules, encounter, authorization and grievance & appeal.
Functions & Job Responsibilities
- Work with Business Stakeholders and Enterprise Data Management Product Manager to develop and prioritize backlog based on value to the company.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of business requirements during the gathering phase to enable effective design, development, testing, and deployment of data solutions.
- Convert business requirements into technical requirements based on approved design for ETL development.
- Document ETL process details and automation.
- Perform QA testing based on requirements and coordinate and support UAT testing with Product Managers when applicable.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of data from both technical and business angles to enhance the overall quality of data integration processes.
- Performs problem resolution and root cause analysis when production support issues arise.
- Be responsive and timely with ad-hoc data and SFTP requests.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Follow privacy policies and HIPAA laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects related to internal and external customers, team members and management.
- Collaborate on other tasks as necessary to contribute to the success of the Clever Care.

Requirements
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management Information Systems or related-field.
- Three (3) years’ experience with database development using SQL/NoSQL, OLAP, data warehousing and SSIS.
- Three (3) years’ experience data modeling concepts.
- Experience with AWS RDS, AWS Glue and FHIR model a plus.
- Citra EZCap, X12 familiarity, database admin background a plus.

What we offer
Wage Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00
