Job Description & Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing…
- Analyze supply chain performance data - historical, prospective or hypothetical - to provide insights and decision support for the business.
- Partner and communicate with stakeholders to gain understanding of their needs and to interpret and convey the results of supply chain analyses.
- Lead and support analysis of complex supply chain problems and provide recommendations to the supply chain leadership team that will be instrumental in the formation of supply chain strategies, cost savings, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support the design and implementation of new global supply chain planning tools and processes.
- Support Woodward’s Supply, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process from an enterprise level
- Work with business unit stakeholders and subject matter experts to troubleshoot tools, data, and metrics.
- Find improvement opportunities and strategies to evolve the current reporting and data visualization capabilities.
- Develop and execute ad-hoc queries, reports and visualizations using Power BI and Business Objects (Business Intelligence), to gather and present information effectively in order to help resolve urgent supply chain challenges.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For …
- 2-5 years of Analytics experience required
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Computer Information Systems, or related Analytical Discipline
- Domestic/international travel may be required.
- Working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience analyzing and visualizing data using Power BI, Tableau, and Business Objects or similar tools preferred
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain, SIOP-Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning processes, and Material Management Systems
- Deep understanding of analytics and associated tools
- Ability to partner with both business and technical subject matter experts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

- Estimated annual base pay: $62,200 - $77,800(midpoint)
