We are looking for an experienced Source-to-Pay Analyst Lead. This is a highly visible role that provides business analytics, data modeling, and technical dashboard and reporting to achieve Global Sourcing Operational Objectives. The Global Sourcing Analyst Lead will collaborate closely with Global Sourcing Management Team and other Finance Teams to gather requirements that will produce Reporting and Analytical Deliverables and enable data-driven insights and decisions. The position resides in the Wiley Shared Services Group within Finance, and will report to the Sr. Director, Global Process Owner (GPO) for Global Sourcing.
How you will make an impact:
- Responsible for accumulating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting Source-to-Pay Operational Performance data for Wiley Global Sourcing Teams and Senior Management
- Build complex dimensional data models and reports derived from raw data from multiple sources.
- Develop and Implement Dashboards reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Operational Plans, Forecasts and Reports
- Lead existing Power BI efforts with a focus on improvement.
- Develop tools/applications that automate manual reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Quickly gather data from multiple systems and provide analysis of that data along with recommendations and actions.
- Apply development methodologies (e.g., AGILE) to deliver solutions.
- Maintain the integrity of Global Sourcing Master Data
- Develop and implement Source-to-Pay application solution improvements.
Requirements
What we look for:
- Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, Statistics, or similar quantitative discipline
- Proven track record of hands-on experience in a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst role
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SAP (Ariba Spend Management Modules: Sourcing and Contracts, Procurement, Invoice and Payment, etc.)
- Experience with Source-to-Pay metrics.
- Advanced MS Excel and / or MS Access skills required.
- Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), SQL / Database experience a plus
- Six Sigma / Process Improvement experience a plus
- Strong communication (verbal / written) skills at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Base salary
$82,000/yr - $117,600/yr
