Job Description & Responsibilities
Reporting into the Global Sizing Digital & Analytics Lead, the Size Data Analyst will be the main point person for all sizing activities. You will own the size level production signal and be responsible for the strategic direction of the size forecast including risk and opportunity identification and action. You will coordinate key strategic initiatives in both strategy and process. You will work cross-functionally across the organization to support and drive the sizing inputs and perspectives that achieve the broader company goals.
This role is based in San Francisco and will work onsite three days per week.
About The Job
- Create size profiles using SAS and related tools for specific product segments and locations
- Produce impactful analytics that drive meaningful business discussions and actions to enhance size productivity, inventory efficiency, and financial results
- Utilize data to drive size decisions (size offerings and profiles). Create and maintain any reports/analysis to provide hindsight/insight to relevant team to maximize inventory investment returns by identifying, analyzing, communicating, influencing, and delivering insight
- Partner with Merchandising, Sales, Allocation, Inventory Management, and Merchandise Planning teams to drive effective size grid strategies
- Gain in-depth product and area-specific knowledge to provide informed analysis, recommendations, and support key business decisions on size offerings
- Respond to sizing requests based on business needs, including size grid changes and size-out investigations
- Align activities and timelines with the GTM process and planning milestones. Communicate key sizing deliverables and timings cross-functionally, including follow-ups
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on all sizing tools. Train users on sizing tools and systems, providing ongoing support
- Own all size signal deliverables and ensure size profile accuracy, by partnering with cross functional team to deliver pre-season and in-season sizing activities and analysis required
- Review and validate machine learning size profiles and provide input to data scientists to enhance the ML model. Participate in user acceptance testing to facilitate the development of digital sizing tools
Requirements
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Communications, Statistics, Data analytics, Computer science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandise retailing or demonstrated abilities in merchandise planning
- High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn technical applications. Medium proficiency in Tableau and Power BI, and a basic understanding of SQL and Python is required
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of ownership. Ability to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative data
- Ability to present ideas and directions clearly to others
- Skillful in data visualization and storytelling to present ideas

The expected starting salary range for this role is $57,800 - $91,200 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
