Job Description & Responsibilities
LHH is seeking a talented and analytical Sales Support Data Analyst to join our team and work closely with the Customer Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to customer service and sales market opportunities, goals, and strategies. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in driving business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing sales performance.
This position is 100% on-site in the Chicago, IL area.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and define key data requirements for analyzing customer service and sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement data collection methodologies, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations and strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives, providing ongoing analysis and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of customer service and sales concepts, processes, and metrics.
What we offer
Must be fully vaccinated in accordance with company policies. Salary range: $50,000 - $58,000, commensurate with experience. Full benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
