Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven, detailed, and organized professional that can help us improve operational excellence in managing our sales pipeline. In this role, you will have the opportunity to become an expert in forecasting sales pipeline targets and directly support our revenue organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a sales, operations, or analyst function, ideally within a SaaS company. Responsibilities:
- Directly support revenue operations team with a focus on pipeline management
- Analyze historical sales pipeline performance and build models to forecast future results
- Work with regional leaders to identify trends in pipeline performance and build region specific pipeline models
- Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com, Google Sheets, and Tableau
- Coordinate with cross functional teams and develop a deep understanding of the various components that make up the sales pipeline
- Follow documentation to complete ongoing tasks, and create documentation for new tasks
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a data analyst, sales operations, or business intelligence role
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets for basic to intermediate data analysis and data manipulation (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, CONCATENATE, etc)
- Intermediate level SQL skills (experience with BigQuery a plus)
- Strong time management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills; self-starter
- Experience analyzing or building reporting related to key sales metrics a plus
- Experience at SaaS company preferred
- You have a passion for data and how quality data benefits the organization
What we offer
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For Colorado-based hires and Washington hires: Estimated annual salary of $ 101,000 - $ 123,000
- For New York City-based and California (excluding Bay Area): Estimated annual salary of $ 111,000 - $ 135,000
- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $ 117,000 - $ 143,000
