Job Description & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Reporting Manager, you will support the creation, maintenance, and delivery of standard sales and in-store execution reports, tracking in-market performance for Red Bull, our distribution partners, and our retailers. You will providing applicable insights to increase business growth.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
REPORTING AND ANALYTICS
Standard Reporting: Support the publication of daily, weekly, and monthly sales scorecards, with a primary focus on depletions and in-store execution. Collaboration: Work with teams to provide applicable insights on channel strategies, distributor management, and retailer performance. Analytics: Help deliver clear insights for goals, serving as the champion for data-driven decision-making. Special Projects: Support ad-hoc analytics projects centered on portfolio performance, distributor effectiveness, and retailer success. Sustainability: Use cloud-based solutions to enhance data sustainability, automation, establish reporting subscriptions, and strengthen data security.
TOOLS AND PROCESSES
Process Improvement: Collaborate with HQ, IT, Capabilities and Sales teams on reporting projects, including system testing, integration, and change management. Collaboration: support our sales and distribution teams to deliver clear insights through data visualization and UI/UX designs. Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data harmonization across departments and different systems, identifying opportunities to integrate more metrics with internal and syndicated data for deeper insights and applicable outcomes.
Requirements
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Consumer Products Industry.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (S3, Snowflake)
- Experience with common programing languages (SQL, Phyton, DAX, M, VB).
- Experience with business Intelligence tools, data visualization, and experience in UX/UI design
- Experience with SAP-BW (SAP-BW project work and SAP-BW end user).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
What we offer
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $88,000 + cash incentives
Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
