Data Analyst, Reporting job description

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will not only analyze data but also create insightful reports that drive informed decision-making. Your ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and communicate those findings effectively will be crucial.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis:

  • Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data extraction and transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.

Reporting and Visualization:

  • Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Create and maintain company presentations related to performance, recognition, and data analysis.
  • Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Customize reports based on specific business needs, ensuring they provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business units to define reporting requirements and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel Skills, and experience with PowerQuery/PowerPivot
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Specialist.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
