We are seeking a unique individual who can dive deep into data and connect insights to the big picture. As a Data Analyst supporting the Product Lifecycle team, you will play a critical role in conducting comprehensive analyses across various datasets, developing insightful dashboards, and communicating key insights to stakeholders. You will act as a thought partner to the Product Owner, identifying risks and opportunities, and advocating for changes that prioritize new features. Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Conducting analysis across various datasets, communicating insights & impact in context with intent on a recurring basis and developing dashboards.
- Identifying risks or opportunities for the Product Lifecycle group, acting as a thought partner to the Product Owner, and developing cases for change in prioritizing new features.
- Performing and presenting ad-hoc analyses to support the effectiveness of the product team and highlight key takeaways to business stakeholders.
- Driving the success of impactful business initiatives by ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, tracking milestones, measuring impact, and embodying a continuous improvement mindset.

We’d love to hear from people with
Education/Certifications
- BA/BS in a quantitative field, or equivalent years of experience. (MBA or MS preferred)
Work Experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an analytics role (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Engineer, etc.), management consulting, investment banking, planning, quantitative research, or relevant field (experience in apparel, footwear, or retail industry using FlexPLM preferred)
Skills/Competencies
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and translation ability for a business audience. (Excel required, procedural programming languages a plus e.g., Python)
- Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL is a plus)
- Strong experience with data visualization software (Tableau preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. (PowerPoint experience required)
- Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
