Job Description & Responsibilities
Radancy is transforming how companies connect with candidates through our industry-leading, global, SaaS talent acquisition platform. As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that will shape our products and strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and measure product success metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product features.
- Utilize Python and SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Leverage Google Analytics to track and analyze user behavior and campaign performance.
- Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to manage and analyze large-scale datasets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven product development and marketing strategies.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and advertising technology.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing user behavior and campaign performance.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for managing, manipulating, and analyzing large-scale datasets.
- Previous experience in website analytics, SEO, or with advertising data is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and advanced statistical models
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
- Experience in Sigma Computing

Salary Range: USD $75,000.00 – $85,000.00*
- The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
