Data Analyst, Product job description

Radancy is transforming how companies connect with candidates through our industry-leading, global, SaaS talent acquisition platform. As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that will shape our products and strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define and measure product success metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product features.
  • Utilize Python and SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Leverage Google Analytics to track and analyze user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to manage and analyze large-scale datasets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven product development and marketing strategies.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and advertising technology.
Data Analyst, Product job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for managing, manipulating, and analyzing large-scale datasets.
  • Previous experience in website analytics, SEO, or with advertising data is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and advanced statistical models
  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
  • Experience in Sigma Computing
