Job Description & Responsibilities
The Product Data Analyst role within the Supply Chain Operations team is integral to ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product data across Amplify's business systems. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Data Integrity, the Product Data Analyst will work closely with various departments including Supply Chain Operations, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and others to optimize processes and uphold data integrity standards.
Purpose And Objectives
- Assist the Associate Director of Data Integrity in implementing and monitoring collaborative processes between Supply Chain Operations and Product Development to ensure high-quality results within business systems.
- Master and maintain product and related data across operations systems and technology stack, aligning with enterprise standards and conventions.
- Support the establishment of new standards for product types and architectural hierarchies in collaboration with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data consistency and quality, particularly with Product Relations and Product teams.
- Assist in the maintenance of item master information and ensure synchronization among item records in SalesForce, NetSuite, and other systems.
- Participate in data quality checks and assist in updates to maintain integrity.
- Support the management of requests for maintenance of items/BOMs for various departments.
- Contribute to collaborations for effective product retirement in business systems.
- Assist in establishing and enforcing product setup standards across all business systems and maintaining integrity of adjacent product items.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide input on physical product pricing and production costs.
- Support the recruitment, training, coaching, and development of Data Integrity team members, as needed, under the guidance of the Associate Director.
- Assist in assessing risks and advancing issues to management and senior leadership regarding data integrity.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals for employees and products.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Management/Analysis, or related field..
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or related roles within a supply chain or operations environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as SalesForce, NetSuite, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- CDMP or Data-aligned certification
- Proficiency with project management and data tools (Smartsheets, Trello, Lucidchart, Tableau)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Ability to contribute to team management and development efforts.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data management.

The gross annualized salary range for this role is $55,800 - $77,800. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
