Summary

As a data analyst, you'll apply your passion for numbers and critical thought to help maintain our pricing data, ensuring it is accurate and up to date. You'll grow and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendor contacts to ensure that promotions are set up accurately and on deadline.

This is a permanent, full-time position at our offices in Wentzville, Missouri. We offer a flexible schedule and 8 hours of remote work per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pricing team to maintain accurate vendor pricing data for all product lines
• Manage vendor promotions, including data entry, website display, tracking, reporting, and results
• Review and import cost data for promotions, ensuring that data is accurate and entered into our system on deadline
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendor contacts
• Grow and maintain strong, professional relationships with external vendor contacts
• Manage ongoing special projects

Experience And Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a business role with emphasis in reporting and analysis
• Moderate-to-high level of skill in Microsoft Excel required
• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business, or related field required
• Self-starter and quick learner who is skilled in data entry, analysis, and reporting and who enjoys applying critical thinking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong project management skills - ability to efficiently manage workload and quickly reprioritize tasks throughout the day
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to communicate effectively through written and spoken word
• Ability to interact professionally with vendor contacts and with other teammates
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
