Job Description & Responsibilities
Pricing strategy is a key component of commercial operations that supports IGTD sales organization with performance analytics and modelling to enhance value creation and facilitate the execution of the strategic plan. By joining the team, you can influence key commercial decisions, accelerate business transformation, and improve commercial operations and profitability.
Your role:
- Designs and develops queries using internal and external database systems for generation of sales and profitability information analyses and reports relative to contract progress, group membership and pricing eligibility.
- Manipulate large quantities of data to extract meaningful content and deliver concise, relevant and decision-enabling information in an appealing and attractive format to allow various stakeholders access to clear and accurate financial information.
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, issues, and process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and improve customer relationships.
- Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels.
- Monitors contracts for consistency and pricing uniformity.
- Oversees on-going contract analysis by verifying and managing contract compliance issues, including corrective actions to help assure achievement of corporate goals.
- Prepares financial impact reports for bids, proposals and renewals for review by Corporate Accounts and Pricing and Contract departments.
- Explore elasticity for bundling opportunities, determine bundling effectiveness and learn, modify to better capture sales and margin opportunities
Requirements
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree sand 3+ years of experience in analytics function such as sales operations, finance, IT, etc.
- Organization / Time management - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with sales teams, business intelligence, data visualization, and CRM tools
- Proficiency with Excel macros, Access, SQL and the potential to use advanced decision support analytical tools (e.g., decision analysis software, Monte Carlo simulation, optimization)

What we offer
The pay range for this position is $66,000 to $100,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs.
