Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Business Data Analyst on our Central Measurement Analytics team, you will support data analysis and reporting efforts to inform our current and future marketing initiatives. What you’ll do as a Business Data Analyst, Marketing:
- Develop data analysis and reports to measure and inform on our marketing success and use those to guide business decisions for future treatments.
- Drive the development of data visualizations and dashboards that help quickly tell the story of our marketing efforts.
- Build and enhance data pipelines to provide accurate and timely reporting to marketing leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across analytics and marketing to gather data, perform analysis, synthesize results, and deliver key insights.
Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a business, marketing, or data analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL, and Excel is required; experience with Python, R, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau or another data visualization tool is a plus.
- Proven experience as a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, and can work confidently with others.
- You are curious, and proactive, always looking for opportunities to improve the output of the team.
What we offer
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $73,600.00 - $110,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Y
