Job Description & Responsibilities
As our Human Resource Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing scalable reporting, analytics, and client reporting requirements related to R1’s occupational health program. To thrive in this role, you will serve as the data expert on occupational health program and ensure compliance.
Here’s what you will experience working as a Human Resource Data Analyst:
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing occupational health compliance reporting requirements
- Creating ad hoc client audit reports related to CMS and Joint Commission in a short period of time
- Support data auditing and report out of SentryMD, our occupational health record retention vendor
- Manage data flows within our integrations between Workday to SentryMD and Sterling to SentryMD
- Manage Occupational Health effectiveness reporting
- Continually think of improvement ideas to continue to scale
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written, presentation, and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, including the use of formulas to aggregate data sets and utilization of excel functions within large data sets
- Intermediate experience working in Power BI/Power Query
- Knowledge of reporting, data architecture, and scalable solutioning
- Ability to research solutions and independently problem solve
What we offer
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $47,236.00 - $74,776.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
