Job Description & Responsibilities
The HR Data Analyst plays a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR data, metrics, and statistics to generate meaningful business insights that assist leadership in crucial decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with HR partners worldwide to ensure reporting is globally aligned and effectively executed.
- Collect HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, manager and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitor practices, and other sources.
- Compile and analyze HR data, identify trends, draw useful conclusions, and present reports on findings to management.
- Develop standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized/ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates; report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs.
- Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Ensure all managers within the organization stay updated on the status of queries, issues, and concerns by collecting relevant information as necessary.
- Use advanced statistical models and continuously learn about new ways to mine data and distill meaning out of the increasing amount of available data.
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Requirements
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS (SuccessFactors), payroll, and similar employee management software
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies
- Familiarity with GDPR and/or other Data privacy requirements
- Ability to work with and use multiple sources of data to answer business questions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask while ensuring results are of highest quality and accuracy
- Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives; and to succeed in an environment with conflicting priorities
- Ability to perform duties and responsibilities independently, with minimal supervision

What we offer
The baseline range will be as follow $100,211.00 - $110,232.
