Job Description & Responsibilities
The Healthcare Data Analyst will support Frontier Psychiatry's mission by analyzing clinical, financial, and operational data. This role is integral to ensuring efficient practice operations while delivering patient-centered care. The analyst will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to extract insights that guide decision-making and improve patient care, operational performance, and financial outcomes.
Essential Functions
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to clinical, financial, and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor patient care, team well-being, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Director of Innovation to support quarterly OKRs with accurate data insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve patient outcomes, optimize workflows, and reduce costs.
- Support value-based care models by analyzing outcomes and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA standards.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders, including executives, payers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably in telehealth or mental health.
Key Competencies:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage/Looker).
- Familiarity with healthcare data systems, including EHRs, telehealth platforms, and billing systems.
- Understanding of healthcare KPIs and value-based care models.

- High-Speed Internet: Ensure access to high-speed internet to support efficient communication and task completion.
- Remote Collaboration: Ability to effectively collaborate across teams remotely using virtual communication tools and software platforms.
- Occasional Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for leadership meetings and/or company retreats.
