Job Description & Responsibilities
Job Duties:
Responsible for providing support in analyzing and presenting data using statistical analysis, data visualization techniques and best practices; building end-to-end system reporting by identifying the particular business problem, including selecting datasets, modeling, evaluating and delivering models; developing queries, validating, and exporting data in various formats for department dashboards/ metrics, and automating the delivery when needed; developing and maintaining infrastructure systems that connect interval data sets; creating new data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data. Remote work permitted one day per week with the remainder of the workweek in the Durant office. The position requires only incidental domestic travel.
Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field (or foreign equivalent) along with 5+ years’ post-degree financial analyst experience performing financial and business results, and creating financial performance models/ estimates; and 5 years’ post-degree experience in a financial analyst role that required performing financial and business analysis, evaluating trends and patterns in business results, and creating financial performance models/ estimates; identifiable knowledge of accounting sufficient to understand and analyze the relationships between the different financial statements in order to produce a written analysis; identifiable experience in Community Banking, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or Private Equity in an analyst capacity; and identifiable experience and sufficient knowledge in report production, reporting design, data governance, system process mapping, and financial statement analysis.
