Data Analyst, Finance job description

Reporting to the Sr. Finance Data Manager the Finance Data Analyst ensures quality of master data, planning data, and reporting data for RBDC Finance. You will partner with local and global Finance stakeholders to align and execute Finance project deliverables. You will be involved in migration to new systems and data models. You will drive ongoing accuracy and integrity of data through analytics.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

OVERSEE DATA INTEGRITY AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION THROUGH ANALYTICS

Problem solve and investigate the data, understanding the root questions and coming up with alternative strategies. Proactively adjust controls to ensure process and data quality. Transform and format data sets for use in ongoing analysis. Analyze cross-functional data using queries and macros. Make recommendations based on data analysis and insights. Champion the adoption and use of RPA within SSC and broader RBDC business.

DRIVE FUNCTIONAL DEPLOYMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW SYSTEM SOLUTIONS

Ensure the quality of data migration. Ensure Pricing information and all Master Data is accurate and reconciled between all the affected systems (SAP, S/4, CPM, Spring, High Radius). Participate in the functional and cross-functional (if required) testing efforts for the systems migration.

Data Analyst, Finance job requirements

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Vital analytical skills and adept at identifying trends and variances.
  • Understanding of Financial systems.
  • A solid understanding of essential financial processes.
  • Understanding of Finance roles, needed access rights, and segregation of duties models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Self-starter, self-directed; requires limited oversight.
  • Work independently and problem-solve issues.
  • Hands on experience with SAP R/3, S/4 Hanna, SAP BEx Web, SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion/HFM, PowerQuery, PowerBi is a plus.
  • RPA experience, preferably with UiPath is a plus.
  • Beverage industry experience a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $77,900 to $86,100 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
