Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsible for financial master data maintenance related to the company’s ERP system (SAP), Business, Planning and Financial Consolidation systems (BPC) and Workday Adaptive Planning system; develops reports and analysis for Global Sales reporting and support of the Global Financial Reporting Team.
Essential Duties
- Responsible for SAP Financial Master Data maintenance (accounts, cost centers and profit centers).
- Responsible for BPC Master Data Maintenance (BPC chart of accounts, BPC cost centers, profit centers and material mapping) and impact on BPC reports.
- Responsible for Master Data Maintenance for new planning and consolidation systems (Workday Adaptive).
- Monthly loading of SAP data into SAP BPC.
- Perform data validation and reconciliations of results between financial systems (BPC, SAP, BW, Adaptive)
- Create and maintain inventory of SAP Financial reports, in-order to improve master data creation process.
- Provide continuous application support for SAP BPC models.
- Perform audits of profit center/cost center/GL Account assignments across SAP/BPC/Workday Adaptive.
- Subject matter expert on various sales reporting systems
- Responsible for Issuing monthly Global Sales Reports to internal management and Parent Company.
- Provide continuous support for the monthly and quarterly close processes, including creating various reports and analyses.
- Participate in BPC development and maintenance activities.
- Actively participates in continuous improvements efforts.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
Experience
- 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience working in an international organization preferred.
- Experience with SAP and/or SAP BPC desired.
Skills
- Detail-oriented individual with strong motivation and willingness to take initiative.
- Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of associates and management
- Interpersonal skills, team oriented and willingness to learn
- Demonstrated understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel Skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

What we offer
Target Pay Range: $67,600.00 to $84,500.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
