UNIS Fulfillment has over 4,000,000 square feet of space under management in Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Edison, NJ, Mcallen, TX and Sacramento. UNIS Fulfillment excels at complex retail compliant distribution accounts as well as basic storage and transloading activities. We are constantly growing our footprint and recently just opened our 7th and 8th facilities in Ontario and Fontana, CA.

Our state of the art WMS uses Iot and Blockchain technologies to capture 1000’s of data points which allows our engineers to help our clients make strategic business and inventory planning decisions.
Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) team. In this role, you will be pivotal in analyzing and interpreting logistics data to optimize our supply chain operations. Your insights will directly contribute to enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction in our 3PL services.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze logistics data from various sources, including transportation costs, delivery routes, and service performance, to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize data quality and operational efficiency.
- Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze large datasets; create predictive models for logistics operations.
- Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and audit data quality, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Design and create visualizations and dashboards to help communicate findings and results effectively to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and logistics to continually improve internal processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
What we offer
Salary Range
$68,000.00 - $70,000.00
