Job Description & Responsibilities
We’re Looking For A(n): The Data Analyst is responsible for providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making. This role involves leveraging data analysis tools, statistical techniques, and business acumen to extract actionable insights from various data sources. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design analytical solutions, and present findings to stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Utilize data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Extract relevant information and identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can provide valuable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various databases and data sources. Cleanse and preprocess data as needed to support accurate analysis.
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends, customer behavior, or business outcomes. Use machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to build reliable predictive models.
- Work closely with the management team to understand their needs and requirements. Translate business questions into actionable analytical tasks and deliver solutions that address their specific needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data-driven insights in a clear and accessible manner. Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization platforms to create compelling data stories for the management team.
- Ability to report information to the executive team.
- Collaborate with management on ways to improve employee recognition/engagement and how we can track contest and incentives for various promotions going on.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Demonstrated administrative assistant experience to senior level management
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and perform multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- Must be able to cope with typical job stress
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Manage priorities that are consistent with company goals
- Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills

The base salary for this position is $63,700-$106,200
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
