Native’s Go-To-Market Team is seeking a Go to Market Data Analyst join our team and play a meaningful role in achieving our growth goals. In this role, demonstrate your analytical expertise and problem-solving skills to translate data into critical insights to unlock growth across eCommerce, Acquisition and Retention. This role requires deep understanding of DTC eCommerce and the ability to work closely with multi-functional teams to achieve results.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on key financial/eCommerce/Marketing metrics, and data trends, drawing practical business insights and recommending actions to drive business growth. Analyze marketing channels and customer journey with new attribution methodology to highlight trends and opportunities.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation methodology. Deep dive into retention metrics to help extract insight and learnings to apply throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with commercial team to understand business drivers, strategies, customer funnels, web traffic & behaviors, experiments, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Complete analysis and modeling to support decision making, identify trends, patterns, and insights in data.
- Deep dive into the performance of specific sections of the site to uncover opportunities to enable quick decision making/course correction for Marketing, eCommerce, UX/UI and Front End Developers.
- Champion data and develop insightful and practical dashboards using SQL and LookML that enable self-service data needs to drive data-informed decisions.
- Standardize marketing reporting and dashboards across Brand, Acquisition, Retention, and conversion rate optimization.
- Work multi-functionally to improve processes and documentation, such as maintaining an analytics roadmap, and improve inventory and product catalogs.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, with a focus on DTC eCommerce.
- 2+ years of experience with A/B and MV test management.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Looker, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, PowerPoint) with the ability to translate data into useful insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate business results clearly and effectively to all levels within the organization.
- Technical understanding of GTM and site tagging to track transactional and behavioral data.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and related tools, such as BigQuery, Google Analytics, ShopifyQL, Klaviyo, Looker.
- Detailed knowledge of SQL and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-functional environment with challenging priorities and end goals.
Preferred
- Solid grasp of different marketing platforms and media channels
What we offer
Pay Range: $100k-$143k
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total Rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
