Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and talented Data Analyst to join Belkin’s e-commerce team, where you will analyze structured, semi-structured and unstructured big data sources to generate actionable insights for various strategic projects. By creating rich dashboards and data pipeline automations you’d scale analytical capabilities and enrich them through quality.
We’re looking for a data & process-driven individual who has extraordinary attention to detail and a track record of analytical problem-solving.
Specific Responsibilities Include
- Responsibilities include in 4 domains of data acquisition, analysis, communication and project management. Specifically:
- Data Acquisition: Develop automation of reporting by building SQL/Python pipelines. Be able to produce trustworthy reports by automating quality checks
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in using dashboarding tools like Tableau to uncover trends, creating correct metrics and analyzing them with statistical rigor to understand business performance.
- Communication: Communicate analysis and work with business stakeholders to drive actions.
- Project Management: Be able to manage projects and deliverables in a timely manner. Focus on communicating workload status and providing visibility to manager on the same.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
- Accountable for adhering to the organization and department procedures and guidelines, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001; understand and fully support ISO system.

Requirements
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math or Statistics.
- 3 – 5 years of experience designing and implementing data science models, with the ability to perform data extraction, data cleaning, statistical modeling and data visualization.
- Having experience in Hypothesis testing is a plus
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools for data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
- Skilled in using SQL and Python

Range For This Position
$54,000
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
